Steve Hilstein has been tuning and playing drums since 1965. He obtained his training through extensive study and research. As the founder of a local drum shop, valuable experience was gained by tuning thousands of drums during his 20 years of ownership. Now the director of Music Motive, he remains active still, as a professional drummer, teacher, and technician.
